Our solution enables collective orders of individual devices that meet the individual requirements of their users. For example, a sales representative needs a notebook with a long-lasting battery, while the marketing department prefers powerful graphics. With Flexvelop, all interests can be bundled into one collective order.
Each employee can replace his or her laptop exactly when it is really necessary, while everyone else continues to work with their devices without worry. Employees who only work for the company for a short period can be flexibly equipped with hardware. Afterwards, the devices are simply returned. From now on, there is no need to keep any equipment on hand. This saves costs, and no "wear-and-tear credit" is given away.
Some devices are used more intensively and have to be replaced sooner. Other equipment is used less and only needs to be returned after a longer term. Unlike conventional collective financing with binding terms for all equipment, FLEX rental allows companies to respond flexibly to the individual use of individual devices.
