Our system is configured in such a way that we only need to process and store as little of our users' data as possible. This automatically reduces data risks and at the same time simplifies the conclusion of our contracts.
By using various security functions, we also maximize the protection of payment transactions and the privacy of each user account.
To ensure that no contract can be concluded incorrectly, each user's account must be verified beforehand. This is done by verifying the ID card and the e-mail account when the contract is first concluded.
Both steps can be completed within a few seconds either directly at the retailer's premises or conveniently from a smartphone or laptop.

As a matter of principle, we check the creditworthiness of companies via the credit reference agency Creditreform.
However, if a company is less than three years old, there is usually no data available for checking yet. In these cases, we simply check the creditworthiness of the natural person behind the request via the credit agencies Boniversum and Schufa.
Due to this flexibility in the check, we can also help founders who are usually rejected by banks and leasing companies.
But don't worry!
There is no entry at the credit agency (neither at the Creditreform, nor at the Schufa), because "Flexen" is not a form of credit, but a simple rent.
So both your credit rating, your balance sheet, and your bank account remain free and attractive for banks and important credits.
