Product information "ProfiM AccisPro Action by Flokk"
Ergonomic office chair ProfiM AccisPro Action perfectly supports your back through active sitting at your desk. Thanks to ingenious product innovations and the multiple use of ball joints, this office swivel chair allows maximum movement of the back and seat while providing good support for the lumbar vertebrae, neck and shoulders. A word about the price/performance ratio: rarely has there been so much office chair and high technology for the money as with the AccisPro. This ergonomic swivel chair is characterized by its many functions and almost perfect workmanship. No matter which way you look at the Accis-Pro, everything is neatly finished. No open corners and annoying edges - everything is just right, both visually and haptically.
Thanks to the patented SmartHPS system (SmartHPS = HealthyPositionSystem), the AccisPro enables axial movement of the seat and backrest. A system of ball joints enables the seat to rotate, while the backrest, which is mounted in ball joints, can also move in all directions. Back movement to the side is synchronized by the central fibreglass rod and supported with a uniform restoring force. The central ball joint enables the seat to rotate, while two additional springs are installed to ensure balanced movement of the seat surface. This overall system enables active, flexible sitting thanks to synchronized, fluid movement in all directions. This extensive range of features ensures a good sitting experience and the impression of stability, especially when sitting actively and in motion. The armrests, which are also multi-adjustable, are attached to the basic construction of the synchronized mechanism and are therefore decoupled from the seat and backrest movement. As a result, the armrests act as a "rock in the surf of mobility" and give the user a secure feeling and a firm hold when standing up and sitting down.
Note: This is not an office chair for people who just want to sit down. The user has to think about this special swivel chair for some time in order to use the many adjustment options correctly. This makes it possible to use the good features of the AccisPro sensibly and to exploit the maximum mobility offered. The movement of the back, even to the side, is sensational and the movement sequence can be described as always fluid and unhindered. The backrest visibly moves like a parallelogram when you move and is always in line with your back in an ingeniously simple way. Additional support in the lumbar region is provided by the lumbar support, which can be adjusted in height and depth in two stages. The advantages for the user are clearly the additional movement offered during sedentary office work. This helps to provide the intervertebral discs with a better supply of nutrients and is an effective means of preventing slipped discs at the desk.
How is the AccisPro adjusted?
Seat height: pull the flat operating lever on the right-hand side (approx. 9 cm under the seat) upwards = this raises the seat, or the seat moves downwards when loaded by your own body weight.
Seat depth: on the left-hand side, pull out the control slide (directly on the seat) with one hand and move the seat to the desired seat depth position (distance from the backrest) with the other hand. If the seat is not held in place, it will return to its original position with spring support.
Synchronous mechanism: on the left-hand side, turn the triangular rotary control element (approx. 9 cm under the seat) clockwise to the right to lock the synchronous mechanism. Then turn one locking position counterclockwise to the left, now the synchronized mechanism is unlocked = seat and back are freely movable, mobility can be locked again in several positions. Turn another locking position anticlockwise to the left and move the backrest slightly; the seat is now in a forward-leaning position (seat tilt adjustment) and the backrest moves even further forward; the movement can also be locked again in several positions.
Counterweight adjustment: on the right-hand side, turn the triangular rotary control element (approx. 9 cm under the seat) clockwise to the right = heavier; or counterclockwise to the left = lighter; this allows the movement of the synchronized mechanism to be adjusted to the user's body weight.
Lateral seat mobility: pull out the control slider on the right-hand side (directly on the seat) to activate full seat mobility and allow the seat to move much more to the left and right, which enables the seat to rotate. By pushing the control slide back into the starting position, this extreme mobility is reduced again.
Lumbar support: fold the two clamping levers on the left and right outside on the back of the backrest frame towards the center of the back and then move them to the desired height; now fold both clamping levers once (depth adjustment locking level 1) towards the outside of the back = slight curvature of the mesh back in the lumbar area; fold both clamping levers once more (depth adjustment locking level 2) towards the outside of the back = maximum curvature of the mesh back.
Armrest width/depth/angle adjustment: press the button on the inside of the armrest with your thumb and simultaneously adjust the depth and width of the armrest with your other fingers; to adjust the angle, simply turn the armrest with one hand
Armrest height adjustment: pull the pull lever on the outside below the armrest upwards with your index and middle finger and rest your thumb on the armrest, this moves the armrest up or down.
