The residual purchase price is calculated based on the original purchase price of the device, less an automatic discount on rental installments already paid. For example, the following conditions apply to our core solutions:
- FLEX9+: 70% of the rental installments paid are credited.
- FLEX24+: 50% of the rental installments paid are credited.

There are no additional costs or surcharges - everything remains fair and transparent. The longer you rent, the lower the residual purchase price automatically becomes. In contrast to traditional leasing or other rental providers, you can therefore reliably count on specific residual purchase prices from day 1 and remain free of nasty surprises at the end of the contract term.

You can deduct 100% of the rental instalments paid as a business expense for tax purposes, so that your cash flow is optimized in contrast to finance leasing or a traditional bank loan, as you do not need to balance the rental property.
As "flexing" is a rental solution without a fixed term ("operate leasing"), there is no effective annual interest rate as with traditional loans with fixed terms (e.g. 24, 36 or 48 months).

As all costs, including insurance, are already included in the rental, a FLEX contract with a later purchase option can even be cheaper than a direct purchase with separate insurance, as we were able to negotiate significantly more attractive insurance conditions due to the volume.

- FLEX9+: No return fees.
- FLEX24+: An ECO-Invest flat rate of 15% of the original purchase price is charged to ensure sustainable reconditioning of the device.

If the device is returned properly and in working order, no further costs are incurred. Normal signs of use are of course not a problem.

At the end of the minimum rental period, you can either buy or return the devices at any time at the end of the month - simply by pressing a button in your customer profile.
As long as you do not select one of these options, the rental contract is automatically extended by a further month. This means you remain flexible at all times and can concentrate on your business without long-term commitments.
