How and when are the devices delivered?

If you "flex" the device directly in the store, you can usually take it with you immediately. If the device is not in stock or you rent it via an online store, it will be delivered by the dealer as normal.

If you have any questions about delivery, please contact the retailer as usual. Please note that we have no influence on the shipping or delivery times of the retailer.

Is there a maintenance service for the devices?

An additional maintenance service can be agreed individually with the dealer. We deliberately do not offer a mandatory maintenance contract so that you have complete freedom of choice.

In the event of problems or defects, please contact the dealer or manufacturer directly, who are legally obliged to provide a warranty for at least 12 months.

In the event of an insurance claim, you will find all the necessary information and support for claims processing in your customer account.
