When is the first rental installment due?

We will debit the first rental installment on the next possible date after conclusion of the contract (beginning or middle of the month) to confirm your deposited means of payment. For example, if a contract is concluded on the 5th of the month, the first installment will be collected in the middle of the month (15th). If the contract is not concluded until the 16th, the first direct debit will be made at the beginning (01st) of the following month.

The regular contract term and further installment payments only start once the retailer has confirmed your delivery. This keeps everything fair and transparent.

What payment method is used?

The rental installments are collected exclusively by SEPA direct debit.

Are there any additional fees during the contract period?

No, with Flexvelop there are no additional fees. Our model is completely transparent - with no hidden costs or surprises.

Where can I find the lease agreement and the invoices for the rental installments?

After signing the contract, you will automatically receive your rental agreement, which also serves as a recurring invoice, by e-mail as a PDF. You can also download the document from your customer account at any time.

With this document, you can claim all rental installments in full as business expenses for tax purposes.

Is a credit check carried out?

Yes, we check the creditworthiness of your company via Creditreform or Schufa. If your company is less than three years old and does not yet have sufficient company data, your personal creditworthiness can be checked as an alternative.
