E-mail offer

Every FLEX offer is sent as an e-mail. This must be a business e-mail address and can only be changed retrospectively.

The offer e-mail contains all the items in the offer. Click on the "Go to offer" button to go to the shopping cart. This contains all the offers that have been sent by the retailer to the e-mail address. This means that several offers can be accepted at the same time.

Offers view

This is how it works:

1. All available FLEX solutions can be found on the left-hand side. To view the shopping cart, you must first select a solution. Which FLEX solution is available depends on the device type and the dealer.
2. The shopping cart is located on the right-hand side, in which the offer can be changed individually. Entire device groups can be removed using the checkbox or the number can be reduced. It is not possible to accept more devices than have been sent by the dealer.
3. To confirm the selection and register for acceptance of the offer, you must click on the orange"To data entry" button.

On the following page, all you have to do is enter your business details. The credit check will then take a maximum of 15 seconds. After the credit check, the offer can be checked again and finalized.

Data entry

TIP: Use our Smartfill tool when entering the company/trade name. If the company is in our database, the existing business data is automatically pre-filled. This saves you time.

The following data is requested during data entry:

1. Company data
2. Personal data
3. Delivery & billing address
4. SEPA Direct Debit

Finalize offer

On the last page you will find a summary of the entire offer. You can check the delivery and billing address again and see whether all the desired devices have been selected.

By clicking on "Complete with costs" you finally accept the offer, including the latest GTC.

After signing the contract, the first FLEX rental fee is collected in advance to secure the account link. The contract term only begins once the device has been delivered. The installment paid in advance is added to the purchase & return option.
