Was the device stolen or lost?
You have to do that now:
In the event of loss of the rental item, you must inform us (FLEXVELOP) immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours of becoming aware of the loss or at the latest within one week of becoming aware of the damage.
Important: Theft and robbery are also insured, but require proof of a police report.
