Claims

Is your device defective or damaged?

You have to do that now:

  1. In the event of damage, you must contact us in any case! The device is protected by our FLEX insurance cover in accordance with the terms and conditions and insurance benefits. You can find these here.‍
  2. Send an e-mail with the completed damage report to the following address: backoffice@flexvelop.com‍
  3. A member of our FLEX team will then contact you with the next steps. Don't worry, we won't bite.

To speed up the process even more, you are welcome to send the following documents in advance. The more, the better:

  • Cost estimate (important: with the serial number of the device on it)

Was the device stolen or lost?

You have to do that now:

In the event of loss of the rental item, you must inform us (FLEXVELOP) immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours of becoming aware of the loss or at the latest within one week of becoming aware of the damage.

Important: Theft and robbery are also insured, but require proof of a police report.

To speed up the process even more, you are welcome to send the following documents in advance. The more, the better:

  • Report the theft to the police
  • Report theft abroad to the local police

Damage report
