Once the return has been requested, you will be notified by us within a few days (on average on the same day).
You will receive a detailed email with all the important information and the individual procedures. There are two ways to return the devices, depending on their size and type:
All technical locks and passwords must be removed before sending. Only then can we refurbish the devices professionally, remove the remaining data and return them to the device cycle. This step is essential to guarantee sustainable recycling.
This includes, for example BIOS password, HDD password, activation lock or even locked housing.
At the end of the minimum rental period, the purchase & return option is automatically activated. You will find the buttons for executing the option in the customer dashboard. To do this, click on one of your current contracts in the dashboard.
There you will also find information on when the options are possible ("Option possible from:")
When you press the button, you will first be taken to an overview page with a list of costs. So don't worry, you are not activating any of the options yet.
