If you are standing directly in the store, you can take your flexed devices with you immediately. If the devices are not in stock or you flex directly in the online store, the devices will be delivered to you by the dealer. If you have any questions about the delivery, the dealer will help you as usual. Unfortunately, we ourselves have no influence on the delivery by the dealer.
You can arrange an additional maintenance service individually with the dealer. We do not impose a mandatory maintenance service on our customers. If there are problems or defects with a device, you can simply contact the dealer or the manufacturer directly, who are regularly obliged to provide you with a warranty for 12 months.
