How quickly can I sign a contract?

Concluding a contract is child's play and can be completed paperless in seconds.

Either the retailer will send you an offer by email while you are still in the store, or you can simply click on the FLEX button in the online store - if displayed. Both ways will take you to our quick form. Simply enter the key details of your company (name, address, IBAN) and send your Flex request. You will then immediately receive our automatic reply as to whether we will buy the device for you. If so, you can take the device with you immediately or look forward to delivery.

Can I buy or return the equipment at any time?

After 9 months, you can buy or return the devices at any time at the end of the current month. At the touch of a button in your customer profile. As long as you have not selected any of the options, the rental contract is simply extended automatically month by month until you decide to buy or return. So you remain flexible at all times without any worries.

How expensive can the equipment be and how many devices can I rent?

Our offer is aimed at devices with a purchase price of between EUR 300 and EUR 20,000 (net). In principle, you can rent as many devices as you like. In a first step, however, the total volume of all "flexed" devices per customer is limited to a sum of EUR 30,000. If your payment history goes smoothly, your available Flex volume will be increased automatically over time.
