Withdraw offers

There can be several reasons for withdrawing an offer:

• The existing offer is incorrect or should be supplemented
• FLEX volume is needed for other customers

To withdraw the offers, you must select one or more offers and click on the "Withdraw selection" button.

If an offer is withdrawn, it can no longer be accepted by the customer, even if they have already opened the offer and are in the process of entering the data.

The following image is displayed to your customer.
