Each merchant account at Flexvelop has a standard volume totaling € 40,000.00.

A single device may not exceed the value of € 20,000.00.

Every offer you send is charged to your FLEX volume.

Via your merchant dashboard (navigation point: Offers), you have the option of withdrawing offers and thus freeing up volume for future offers. Alternatively, you can also request an increase in your volume. Please contact our sales team for this.
