Use logo

Use / upload your own logo

As a retailer, you have the option of using your own logo and displaying it in the customer journey. If you upload your logo, it will appear in the offer email and in the customer's offer view. How to upload your logo:

  1. If no logo has been uploaded yet, the "Add logo" box with the corresponding button will appear in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard. Click on this button and select the desired image file (PNG, JPG or SVG - maximum file size 1 MB) on your computer. If the logo has been successfully uploaded, it will always be displayed in the box.
  2. If you have already uploaded a logo, you can replace the image via your profile. To do this, simply click on the "Profile" tab and then on "Select" under "Add logo".
  3. Important: To upload the logo successfully, you must click on "Save".

As illustrated below, your logo, here in the form of "Dealer logo", is displayed in your customer's offer view.
